Job Title: Marketing Manager (Residential Hotel)

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable

Age Requirement: 30 – 50 years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager for a well-established residential hotel located in Banani, Dhaka. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in hotel marketing within Gulshan, Banani, or other areas of Dhaka city.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue

Build and maintain strong corporate and travel agent relationships

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Plan promotional campaigns (online & offline)

Manage digital marketing, social media, and OTA platforms

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Maintain brand positioning in the local hospitality market

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the hotel industry

Must have working experience in hotels located in Gulshan, Banani, or within Dhaka

Strong corporate client network in Dhaka city

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Age between 30 to 50 years
