Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for self-motivated, competent & experienced official, who is willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the following position:
∎ Functions: Overseeing the daily operations of CA Hostel, including student supervision, maintaining discipline, and ensuring the safety and security of all residents, addressing student emergencies (medical, social, personal), providing guidance and counseling, maintaining records/documentation related to hostel activities, coordinating with other staff and vendors, and preparing reports, submitting required reports and documents to the head office of ICAB on a regular basis, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel premises, including rooms, common areas, and washrooms, implementing and enforcing hostel rules and regulations, ensuring a disciplined and respectful environment, maintaining strong interpersonal communication with students, parents and others and any other activity assigned by the ICAB authority.
