  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Management.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Bangla preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, hotel booking software preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities & Context:

Reception Duties:

  • Welcome guests warmly.

  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and room allocations efficiently.

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the office management system.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest needs.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk correspondence professionally.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and courteously, escalating to management when needed.

  • Monitor guest feedback and contribute to improving service quality.

Meeting Room Attendant Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain meeting and conference rooms before and after each event.

  • Coordinate with Different teams for event setups (seating, equipment, refreshments).

  • Ensure all audio-visual equipment and facilities are functional prior to meetings.

  • Assist guests and corporate clients with any technical or logistical needs during events.

  • Provide refreshment service (tea, coffee, snacks, etc.) in meeting areas as required.

  • Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and readiness of all meeting and common areas.

  • Record meeting room usage, damages, and supplies for management reporting.
