• At least 7 years of experience in hospital management with a mid-level position of any well-established and reputed hospital of Bangladesh.

Bangladesh Association for Community Education (BACE) is a non-government organization established in Bangladesh from 1977 with aim to develop poor and vulnerable people living condition in Bangladesh. Now BACE is involve to creating access of low cost medical treatment for the poor people of Sonargaon upazila at Narayangonj district. To achieve this goal BACE has established “BACE Integrated Hospital (BIH)” at Sonargaon (Near Folk Museum). The hospital has two units, Eye treatment and Mother & Child health care. To establishing a patient oriented hospital, we are looking for a Manager for the hospital. It is a senior level position.

Employment Status: Full-time (to be stayed at hospital area)

• Sonargaon Upazila, Narayngonj district.

• Overall management of the hospital.

• Staff management, supervision, staff development & proper assessment of the hospital staff.

• Ensure renewal of all legal documents including license.

• Ensure best service for patients through the doctor, nurse & hospital staff.

• Indoor and Outdoor patient management.

• Doctor & OT management.

• Prepare Monthly, Half yearly and Yearly Progress Report for the donor & BACE head office.

• Approve voucher, cash book, ledger as per organization policy.

• Prepare annual budget plan and control over expenditure.

• Communication with government & non-government officials of Upazila & District level.

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly progress report of the hospital through software.

• Review and monitor the hospital activities on daily basis through the software.
