∎ HSC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Following guidelines of the company
∎ Liaising with clients to help explain our company products and services
∎ Receiving and making calls to customers from home
∎ Providing excellent customer service
∎ Meeting and exceeding sales target
∎ Executing sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
∎ Maintaining records and reports in an organized manner.
∎ Submitting daily work reports on a regular basis to the Management
∎ Acquiring updated knowledge on related industry and their products and services
∎ Acquiring updated knowledge on competitors' sales and promotional activities
∎ Maintaining ethics while interacting with clients
∎ Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
∎ Taking oath on non disclosure of company trade secrets
∎ Fulfilling monthly sales targets
∎ Transferring acquired knowledge to new sales recruits
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience is not required but experience on sales would be preferred.
∎ Ability to articulate verbal expression with clarity and excellent pronunciation
∎ Ability to speak in both Bangla and English
∎ Ability to work long hours independently with concentration and self-motivation
∎ Ability in multi-tasking while at home
∎ Time management skills to meet deadlines
∎ Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
∎ Having strong computer skills to handle Microsoft Office and necessary software
Salary:
∎ Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission @5% of sales amount
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
