Responsibilities & Context:
∎ হীড বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় পর্যায়ের অগ্রসরমান একটি বেসরকারী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। ১৯৭৪ সাল থেকে হীড বাংলাদেশ দরিদ্র জনগোষ্ঠীর উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমূলক কমসূচী পরিচালনা করে আসছে ।হীড বাংলাদেশ ও পল্লী কর্ম-সহায়ক ফাউণ্ডেশন এর আর্থিক সহযোগিতায় পরচালিত সমৃদ্ধি /ENRICH (Enhanching the Resources and Capaciticies of Poor Households) কর্মসূচীর নিম্নোক্ত পদে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে।
∎ দ্বায়িত্বসমূহ :
∎ • সমৃদ্ধি কর্মসূচিভুক্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট ০১ (এক ) টি ইউনিয়নের স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ও পুষ্টি কার্যক্রমের "ফোকাল পার্সন" হিসেবে 'সমৃদ্ধি স্বাস্থ্য কর্মকর্তা' দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন।
∎ • স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ও পুষ্টি কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন , সেবাপ্রদান , মনিটরিং , সমন্বয় ও প্রতিবেদন তৈরী।
∎ • প্রতিদিন স্ট্যাটিক ক্লিনিকে রোগীদেরকে প্রয়োজনীয় সেবা প্রদান করা।
∎ • সরকারি /বেসরকারি হাসপাতালের চিকিৎসকের (এম বি বি এস )মাধ্যমে স্যাটেলাইট ক্লিনিকে রোগীদেরকে সেবা প্রদান করা।
∎ • বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসকের মাধ্যমে স্বাস্থ্য ক্যাম্প পরিচালনা করা।
∎ • চক্ষু ক্যাম্প আয়োজন ও মনোনীত রোগীদের চোখের ছানী অপারেশন করার উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা।
∎ • ইউনিয়নের সকল সমৃদ্ধি স্বাস্থ্য পরিদর্শকের কাজ মাঠ পর্যায়ে মনিটরিং করা।
∎ • সমৃদ্ধি স্বাস্থ্য পরিদর্শকদেরকে অন-জব প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে স্বাস্থ্য ও পুষ্টি বিষয়ক প্রয়োজনীয় যন্ত্রপাতি ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি করা।
∎ • খানা / সমিতি / উঠান বৈঠকে সদস্যদেরকে প্রয়োজনীয় সেবা প্রদান করা।
∎ • গর্ভবতী নারীদের প্রসবপূর্ব সেবা , নিরাপদ প্রসব সংক্রান্ত পরামর্শ এবং দুগ্ধদানকারী মায়েদের প্রসবোত্তর সেবা প্রদান করা।
∎ • নবজাতক পরিচর্যা , শিশুদের গ্রোথ মনিটরিং এবং প্রমোশন (জিএমপি) , অপুষ্টি চিহ্নিত করে পরামর্শ প্রদান করা।
∎ • গুরুতর অসুস্থ রোগীদেরকে উপযুক্ত হাসপাতালে রেফার এবং ফলোআপ করা
∎ • কর্মএলাকায় জটিল ও দীর্ঘমেয়াদি রোগে আক্রান্ত রোগীদের তথ্য হালনাগাদকরণে সমৃদ্ধি স্বাস্থ্য পরিদর্শকদেরকে সহায়তা করা।
∎ • স্বাস্থ্য ও পুষ্টি শিক্ষা বিষয়ক উঠান বৈঠকে সেশন পরিচালনায় স্বাস্থ্য পরিদর্শকদেরকে সহায়তা করা।
∎ • নিরাপদ খাদ্য উৎপাদন ও পুষ্টিকর খাবার গ্রহণে উদ্বুদ্ধ করা।
∎ • সঠিকভাবে হাত ধোয়া , স্যানিটাইজেশন ও হাইজিন বিষয়ে সচেতনতা তৈরী করা।
∎ • রক্তের গ্রূপ নির্ণয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা।
∎ • সমৃদ্ধি স্বাস্থ্য পরিদর্শকদের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অনুযায়ী স্বাস্থ্য কার্ড বিক্রয় মনিটরিং করা।
∎ • সমৃদ্ধি স্বাস্থ্য পরিদর্শকদেরকে নিয়ে প্রতিমাসে নিয়মিতভাবে সভা করা।
∎ • কর্মএলাকায় যে কোন রোগের প্রাদুর্ভাব , সংক্রামক ব্যাধি , মহামারী প্রভৃতি বিষয়ে নজরদারি ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য রাখা
∎ • কর্মএলাকায় মাতৃ -মৃত্যু , শিশু -মৃত্যুসহ যে কোন ধরণের মৃত্যু সংক্রান্ত হালনাগাদ তথ্য রাখা।
∎ • স্বাস্থ্য ও পুষ্টি সংক্রান্ত জাতীয় দিবস উদযাপনের উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা।
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ -মাসিক বেতনের ৫০% হারে ০২ টি উৎসব ভাতা , ১০ % নববর্ষ ভাতা এবং বাজেট বরাদ্দ অনুযায়ী মাসিক যাতায়াত ও মোবাইল ভাতা।
