∎ • সর্বনিম্ন ০২ বছর শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক হিসেবে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা ।
∎ • পিকেএসএফ এর অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত মাইকোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচীর সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ • কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় পারদর্শী (বিশেষ করে সফটওয়্যার) ও মোটর সাইকেল চালনায় সক্ষম হতে হবে এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ হীড বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় পর্যায়ের অগ্রসরমান একটি বেসরকারী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। ১৯৭৪ সাল থেকে দরিদ্র জনগোষ্ঠীর উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমূলক কর্ম কমসূচী পরিচালনা করে আসছে, যার মধ্যে মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচী অন্যতম। মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স রেগুলেটরি অথরিটি এর নিবন্ধনভুক্ত ও পল্লী কর্ম-সহায়ক ফাউণ্ডেশন এর আর্থিক সহযোগিতায় পরচালিত মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচীর নিম্নোক্ত পদে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে।
∎ দায়িত্বসমূহ:
∎ • মাঠ পর্যায়ে সরেজমিনে পরিদর্শনের মাধ্যমে সদস্য ভর্তি ও সমিতি গঠণের অনুমোদন দেয়া।
∎ • ক্রেডিট অফিসারদের প্রতিদিনের OTR নিশ্চিত করা এবং আদায় অগ্রগতি পর্যালোচনা করে এরিয়াকে অবহিত করা।
∎ • ১০০% ঋণী যাচাই এবং প্রকল্প পরিদর্শনের মাধ্যমে ঋণের সঠিকতা নিরূপন করা।
∎ • প্রতি তিন মাসে এলাকার সকল পাশ বই এর সাথে এর সঠিকতা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ • কর্মকর্তাদের নিয়ে দলভিত্তিক বিতরণ ও আদায় পরিকল্পনা করা।
∎ • শাখা অফিসের সারা বছরের আয় ও ব্যয়ের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নির্ধারণ করে বাজেট ও প্রজেকশন তৈরি করা এবং এরিয়াকে প্রদান করা।
∎ • বছর শেষে অগ্রগতির আলোকে অধিনস্থদের মূল্যায়ন (ACR) করা।
∎ • মাসিক, পাক্ষিক, সাপ্তাহিক এবং ত্রৈমাসিক প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত এবং এরিয়াতে প্রেরণ নিশ্চিত করা ।
