∎ নাচ জানতে হবে।
∎ গানের পাশাপাশি যন্ত্র ( হারমোনিয়াম, দোতারা, বেহালা) বাজানোর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে তাদের অগ্রাধিকর দেওয়া হবে।
∎ সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির কার্যক্রমে মাঠ পর্যায়ে প্রদর্শনী বাস্তবায়নের মানষিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি ।
∎ গান জানতে হবে ।
∎ থিয়েটারের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ নাচ জানতে হবে।
