Job Context:
∎ Community Partners International (CPI) is a U.S. based nonprofit organization that is working with a local partner organization: Green Hill (GH), to expand access to quality health services and generate the resources, local capacity and coordination necessary for partners and the people to meet their own health and community needs.
∎ Green Hill is currently seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic health professional (non clinical) for the Health System Support Coordinator position. The HSS project will support under-resourced health systems ranging from FDMN camp partners to Government Health Systems. The HSS Coordinator must have experience in coordination, management, sound knowledge in partnerships, sector and government stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with HSS project team members, vendors, sectors, government officials, and partners i.e. Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital, ICRC and other related stakeholders to ensure effective coordination for implementing the Health System Support project efficiently.
∎ Work to strengthen relationships with different government authorities to obtain timely approval and other process documentation as per multi-program and organizational needs.
∎ Assess Health Systems, plan and implement care strategies that are individualized by partner and sustainable solutions.
∎ Develop strategies, processes and mechanisms to support partners in continuum of care, referrals, ambulance services and any other identified gaps.
∎ Develop strategies, processes and mechanisms to support partners in meeting the minimum service package standards set by the Health Sector and endorsed by the Government of Bangladesh.
∎ Communicate with all stakeholders the required health-related information to ensure quality coordinated care and services are provided expeditiously to all members.
∎ Ensure strategic orientation of the project team and partners towards the goals and objectives of the project.
∎ Ensure excellent teamwork, on job capacity building and collaboration among the staff following the HR guidelines and policies.
∎ Arrange periodic coordination meetings with partners, stakeholders and project teams for effective project implementation.
∎ Promote the gender, socially inclusive and development effective principles and standards in the project.
∎ Elaborate annual plans and budgets for the project as per donor requirements.
∎ Communicate with the project team and local partners to ensure project implementation effectively and efficiently as per the work-plan/ logframe.
∎ Ensure transparent financial management and sound reporting following the financial procedures and compliance.
∎ Ensure timely support to the project team coordinating with GH-CPI management and other partners of the project.
∎ Act as point of contact of GH-CPI for partners and other related stakeholders for managing the project.
∎ Ensure thorough project documentation and responsible for preparing periodical project reports for GH-CPI management and donors.
∎ Create a project schedule/work plan including major deliverables with due dates and ensure required resources/supports to the project team for quality service delivery, effective and timely implementation.
∎ Notify the challenges and project related important issues timely to GH-CPI management and lead the process of resolving the same with management guidance.
∎ Consistently and dedicatedly monitor/assess the safety and security of the project team; promptly reporting concerns or incidents to management and liaising with partners and other external parties as required to maintain/enhance the safety and security especially in terms of COIVD19.
∎ Remain flexible in completion of tasks at all times as per the need.
∎ Identifying any potential issues or risks that could affect the progression of the project.
∎ Review progress and discuss future steps with the management and relevant stakeholders of the project.
∎ Arranges meetings with the members of the project as needed.
∎ Maintaining crucial project documents which track project progress.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the line Manager.
∎ Represent GH-CPI at respective meetings at CiC, RRRC, UNO and DC office in Cox's Bazar level as required.
∎ Support and accompany Program Managers, Operations Manager and/or GH-CPI Senior Management in liaison issues with appropriate authorities.
∎ Provide updates to the GH-CPI senior management team through the reporting system.
∎ Work with the M & E team to develop and implement systems, processes and tools for the project according to indicators and desired needs of relevant stakeholders.
∎ Facilitate participatory project monitoring and data collection to assess activities and outputs regularly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-6 years of experience in health project coordination and management working in humanitarian or development context.
∎ Proven experience in working with government officials/ UNO/ DCs/ CICs/ RRRC etc.
∎ Excellent in Bangla and English communication (written and spoken)
∎ Advanced communication skills for fostering respectful relationships.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and google suite.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and positive approach with colleagues and partners.
∎ Ability to establish priorities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, standardization, detail, and quality.

Salary: Tk. 65000 - 75000 (Monthly)
