Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical degree from a recognized University/College in Bangladesh or abroad
∎ Applicants with a Master in Public Health from a recognized University in Bangladesh or abroad will be given preference

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with frequent visits to the field (Rajshahi and Cox`s Bazar)
∎ Job Level: Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly analyse national policies, plans and developments in the health sector,
∎ Provide support for implementation and monitoring of health programmes and interventions in line with the project documents, logical framework and budget allocated,
∎ Provide technical support to the partner organisations for efficient project implementation,
∎ Ensure communication, reporting and networking at project level,
∎ Disseminate programme content to all relevant stakeholders
∎ Organize and facilitate workshops and high level meetings,
∎ Networking and coordination with key state and non-state actors in the health sector for all SRC projects.
∎ Demonstrate high level of commitment and professionalism to uphold the partnership principle among the partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in the Public Health Sector in Bangladesh
∎ Experience in project management and working with international agencies, national NGO's, and Red Cross Red Crescent Movement
∎ Familiar with various research and evaluation methodologies
∎ Language: English and Bangla fluently spoken and written
∎ Computer Skills: Microsoft office words, excel, PPT and outlook
∎ Working experience with National and Local Government Institutions is highly preferred
∎ Willingness to undertake frequent field visits in rural area
∎ Excellent leadership and managerial qualities
∎ Excellent understanding of the Bangladesh Health System
