∎ Project: Primary and Environmental Health in Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar
∎ Job Location: Cox`s Bazar District

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial management and reporting of the Project.
∎ Carry out day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the project.
∎ Assist partners to maintain day-to-day financial records and book-keeping
∎ Monitor all aspects of finance & accounting function of the project.
∎ Manage procurement at Cox's Bazar level
∎ Provide logistics support.
∎ Manage properties for which project is responsible.
∎ Manage general administration.
∎ Ensure SRC HR policy in Cox's Bazar
∎ Manage effective internal communication at all levels of the organisation
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 year(s) preferable in NGOs or Donor Agencies.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Finance/ Accounts, Administration, HR.
∎ Knowledge and practical experiences on accounting software.
∎ Conversant in operating MS Word, MS Excel and other commonly used spreadsheet software.
∎ Planning and Administrative management skills.
∎ Ensure security of the assets and office
∎ Good command over English and Bangla, speaking and writing
∎ Candidate must be self-motivated.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skill.
∎ Responsible, reliable and able to work as a part of the team.
∎ Ability to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 56750 (Monthly)
