∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Minimum 2nd Class, HSC
∎ C in ED, B in Ed

∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ • Samahar is a multi-disciplinary Research and Development Foundation registered with Social Welfare Department and Joint Stock Companies and Firms in Bangladesh.
∎ • Samahar has implemented over 225 different projects all over the country on research, studies; surveys; evaluations; impact assessment in the field of health, family welfare, education, capacity development.
∎ • Conducted operational research; formative research; in-depth qualitative investigations and social safeguard survey in all sorts of development fields.
∎ • Samahar has accomplished preparation and implementation of resettlement and rehabilitation plan, land acquisition plan and livelihoods restoration plan with infrastructure development projects of the government of Bangladesh.
∎ Samahar invites qualified candidate to fill up the following position in operation and management of primary schools and health centers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for and not limited to the following activities
∎ • Motivate and lead other teaching staff
∎ • Evaluate performance of staff
∎ • Set goals of the staff centering the school activities
∎ • Set vision and provide leadership to run the daily activities of the schooling
∎ • Training staff as required
∎ • Oversight curriculum of the study
∎ • Serve as spokesman of the school
∎ • Any other related activity necessary for the school

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ *MA in any subject with minimum 2nd class in graduation with C-in Ed or B- in Ed within 3 years
∎ * or HSC with 7 years of teaching experience and having C-in Ed or B- in Ed within 3 years of service.
