Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be Masters in commerce/MBA/FCMA/FCA with 10 years above relevant experiences in large or reputed organization. S/he should have sound knowledge on modern banking & treasury function.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish Centralized Treasury Management to ensure control & visibility of fund at Entire Group.
∎ Negotiate with the banks to avail bank facilities at most favourable terms and condition.
∎ Prepare cash flow forecast and analyse variance with approved business plan and forecasted cash flow.
∎ Use cash pooling in the Group to optimize fund management and minimize Idle cash balance.
∎ Ensure bank loan repayment as per schedule.
∎ Assess and manage credit risk and monitoring receivable collection from customer as per agreement. Ensure all intercompany dues are paid off ontime.
∎ Establish negotiation process/open multiple FC a/c’s to maximize FX conversion benefits.
∎ Ensure automation/integration/optimum solutions to ensure operational excellence.
∎ Arrange Structured Financing; Foreign Bond; Commercial Paper, Export Credit Financing (ECA); Large Project Financing with IFC, FMO, DEG, OeBE
∎ Assist in preparing Business Plan, Sales Budget, Opex Budget, and Capex.
∎ Managing local bank relationships; Foreign Investment, Financing.
∎ Network relationship management with Govt. regulatory body to obtain various Govt. approvals
∎ Preparation and submit periodical financial reports to Management and Board of Directors.
∎ FX cross currency transaction i.e. forward contract, spot buys, spot sell, hedging etc.
∎ Established process to avoid excess/high level inventory and receivable to manage cash conversion cycle.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of work process, Treasury Team and of self development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write resolutions, reports, memos, comprehensive proposals, presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
∎ Good computer literacy
