∎ Identify and target key SME business segments with high transaction potential
∎ Strengthening relationships with SME loan customers to maximize transaction routing
∎ Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure BRAC Bank remains a leader in SME transaction banking
∎ Manage stakeholders such as Product and IT teams to enhance digital transaction security and system efficiency
∎ Guide development of training programs to upskill the Cash Management Team on transaction banking solutions
∎ Guide Product and IT teams in product innovations in SME cash management to address evolving client needs
∎ Ensure seamless integration of cash management solutions with existing BRAC Bank platforms
∎ Track and analyze customer transaction behaviors to identify opportunities for revenue growth
∎ Optimize the SME cash management service model to improve client satisfaction and retention
