∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
∎ Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
∎ Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas.
∎ Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
∎ Recruiting the new security guards, train them and develop them about the security awareness.
∎ Coordinating with the higher authority regarding security issues.
∎ Supervise all the security guards and will ensure their availability of designated place.
∎ Regularly follow-up the total hospital areas.
∎ Supporting the other security staff when required.
∎ Monitoring the duty roster of security staff.
∎ Strongly monitor the other security guards attendance according to duty roster.
∎ Look out for suspicious persons, vandalism or hazards.
∎ Ensure all security systems, Like all the security alarms and CCTV are working properly.
∎ Investigates and/or reports hazards and unusual or suspicious circumstances to respected authority for correction or follow-up actions.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have flexibility to work on roster duty.
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Retired defense officers will get preferences.
