∎ Smart Innovations School has been setup in 2020 by Smart Innovations, a business organisation as part of its CSR.
∎ The school has been conceived to be one of a kind that will bring in global education to Bangladesh and will be creating educational research-based curriculum. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary Objectives:
∎ Marketing and Student Admissions
∎ International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) implementation and authorization
∎ Middle Years Programme (MYP) candidacy, implementation and authorization
∎ Integration of STEAM and MIT Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within PYP and MYP framework
∎ Making the school self-sustainable
∎ Budgeting and manpower planning based on school development objectives
∎
∎ Reporting:
∎ Development of quarterly objectives and timely reporting of objective achievement status to the members of the Governing Body.
∎
∎ Primary Responsibilities:
∎ Lead school development with defined objectives and timeline
∎ Engage and develop relations with the local community to establish partnerships for growth of the school
∎ Develop marketing initiatives and contribute to campaigns with internal and external agencies
∎ Lead and implement curriculum development to integrate STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) based learning, instructional design and prepare professional development of staff
∎ Prepare and implement policies for smooth functioning of the school
∎ Develop and implement effective SEN (special education needs), EAL (English as additional language) and gifted and talented (G&T) students learning needs through educational best practices
∎ Lead assessment of students' learning needs and develop strategies for improvement
∎ Develop measurable appraisal and evaluation mechanisms and implement based on school objectives for teaching and non-teaching staff
∎ Develop a consistent hybrid teaching and learning model to facilitate online and in-class education simultaneously
