Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the sales team of the respective nation.
∎ Analyze the market potentiality.
∎ Interact with other departments of the company to ensure sales requirements.
∎ Set the sales targets for individual as per the company guidelines.
∎ Monitor Regional Sales Manager's activities and make them as functional.
∎ Create, Develop and implement Strategy to develop brand image and sales growth.
∎ Motivate & retain the sales team.
∎ Ensure organizational Policy, rules & regulations are strictly followed.
∎ Keep up to date with products, competitors and market intelligence.
∎ Provides timely feedback to Director regarding performance.
∎ Monitor individual performance.
∎ Setting Sales target of the sales team.
∎ Co-operate with PMD to make marketing strategy.
∎ Ensure sales growth as per marketing strategy.
∎ Ensure proper discipline of the FFs.
∎ Monitor CME program.
∎ Lead Sales team with dynamic, motivation, enthusiasm, and act proactively to reach company objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ Ability to work independently and able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Salary: Negotiable
