∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Hands-on approach with willingness to conduct physical market visits.
∎ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
∎ Recruit competent & High Performing Sales Executive
∎ Must have marketing experience across Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for market expansion and company growth.
∎ Provide guidance and strategies to improve sales performance.
∎ Conduct physical market visits to build relationships with shops and distributors.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Managing Director.
