Driving the retail sales strategy, expanding retail network.
Team leadership and performance management.
Maintain strong relationship with key retail partners and stakeholders.
Oversee daily retail operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
Negotiation with landowner or property agencies.
Monitoring sales operations and execution of retail SOPs.
Create a quality retail experience for walking customers.
Ensure proper after sales service.
Reporting and analysis of data.
