∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To be responsible for the company's overall optical lens sales performance and activities.
∎ • Hospitals visit & increase number of accounts.
∎ • Lead, monitor and guide the team to ensure everyone is performing.
∎ • Prepare strategic plan & analysis to increase business volume & profit.
∎ • Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit.
∎ • Research market trends and demographic data to identify opportunities for business growth.
∎ • Provide timely, accurate and constructive written and oral communications to management regarding expected sales planned monthly activity.
∎ • Organize periodical meetings, goal settings & review meetings
∎ • Setup weekly, monthly, annual target
∎ • Arrange regular training program for sales personnel.
∎ • Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
