Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the motorcycle brand or dealership. This includes setting sales targets, identifying market segments, and defining pricing and discounting strategies.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including sales managers, sales representatives, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence. Use this data to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle buyers and enthusiasts. Focus on providing excellent customer service and creating a positive buying experience.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of the motorcycle products offered, including technical specifications, features, and benefits. Ensure that the sales team is well-versed in product knowledge.
∎ Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure that the right motorcycles and accessories are in stock and readily available to meet customer demand.
∎ Monitor sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as monthly sales figures, customer conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Work closely with the marketing department to create and execute sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and dealership events to attract customers and drive sales.
∎ If applicable, manage and expand the dealership network by identifying potential dealerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that dealers adhere to brand standards.
∎ Develop and manage the sales budget, including allocating funds for advertising, promotions, and sales incentives. Ensure that spending aligns with revenue and profitability targets.
∎ Continuously train and develop the sales team to improve their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
∎ Gather feedback from customers and use it to make improvements in products, services, and the overall customer experience.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to motorcycle sales and financing.
∎ Develop sales forecasts and projections to assist in inventory planning, production, and resource allocation.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences. Innovate and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proven experience in Motorcycle sales.
∎ Candidates having good academic background will get extra preference.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
