Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrate Real Estate & Construction sales & marketing.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor Real Estate & Construction sales activities in regular basis.
∎ Prepare annual business plan and implement strategies to achieve the target.
∎ Work closely with the Real Estate & Construction sales team and monitor their day to day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
∎ To line and project manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to fulfill business objectives.
∎ Explore new markets and ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return per customer.
∎ Capable for drafting legal documents.
∎ Coordinate with brand team to implement various promotional schemes/ activities.
∎ Tracking competitors' movement & analyzing the Real Estate market.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
∎ Setting the yearly sales target.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies
∎ To manage and deliver the relevant budgets and produce financial reports
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales/ Marketing in Real Estate & Construction.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic, hardworking & target oriented with positive thinking & approach.
∎ Applicant must have fluency in English both of written & spoken.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
