∎ Best Foods & Beverage Limited is an equipped automated quality bakery and confectionery producer company. Best Foods & Beverage Limited has started it’s operation since 2015 in Zaman Industrial Park, Chuadanga. Best Foods & Beverage has the capacity to produce 25 bakeries and confectionery items it includes Chanachur, Fried Peas, Jhal Muri, Chira Bhaja, Toast Biscuits, Milk Biscuits, Chocolate, Chips, Cookies, Cheese Crackers, Salted Crackers and many more. To use the full capacity Best Foods & Beverage is going to expand its business countrywide and looking for potential high ambitious Head of Sales/Marketing for its sales team.
∎ Job Location: Chuadanga, but needs to travel throughout the country for sales promotion as required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful candidate will meet customer trust and our revenue growth objectives. Head of Sales/Marketing responsibilities includes- developing sales strategies/tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. Head of Sales/Marketing duties will include achieving the annual and periodical sales target, leading a sales team and understand the customer choices and taste.
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives
∎ Develop and execute sales & marketing strategy;
∎ Review monthly marketing and sales budget with actual achievement;
∎ Assessing the market share of different competitors' brands as well as own brands;
∎ Design and implement quarter, half-yearly and annual Sales and Marketing Plan;
∎ Work with the sales team to boost up the sales and create new dealers
∎ Take responsibility for the success-failure of sales.
∎ Explorer new potential sales and marketing idea in the assigned area.
∎ Oversees the advertising and promotional activities under the supervision of management authority.
∎ Need to boost up Cash Sales, products must be sold in cash,
∎ Carry out any other given responsibilities by the management authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 8 years in a similar position
∎ Age relaxed for deserving candidates
∎ Minimum, 10 years' experience in bakery and confectionery producer marketing and sales promotion
∎ Need to travel throughout the country frequently due to monitor sales.
Salary: Negotiable
