Plan and implement effective sales strategies.
Develop and execute sales strategies based on religious and ethical values.
Train and supervise sales representatives and monitor their activities.
Set sales targets and evaluate performance by analyzing sales data and statistics.
Prepare sales budgets and control expenditures within approved limits.
Maintain relationships with key clients and resolve their complaints efficiently.
Identify new market opportunities and develop plans for business expansion.
Prepare and analyze daily sales reports.
Manage the sales team, assign duties, and evaluate staff performance.
Execute promotional campaigns and observe market trends and movements.
Review daily inventory reports and ensure quality control and stock management.
Prepare and analyze reports using Excel and other software (e.g., Odoo).
Set realistic KPIs and generate accurate performance reports.
Prepare and present all types of reports and analysis to senior management.
Have hands-on experience in establishing, expanding, and managing outlets by region and area.
