Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales target and burn rate
∎ Planning, marketing, execution, lead generation, and sells
∎ Very tech savvy, smart & well groomed
∎ Review sales performance
∎ Digital marketing knowledge and presence in social media
∎ Develop/review policy and strategy for sale.
∎ Prepare planning and budget.
∎ Set up prices and strategies.
∎ Monitoring overall sales.
∎ Achieve the target and maximize revenue.
∎ Explore new business opportunities as well as increase the volume of existing ales.
∎ Effective communication with users & instructors.
∎ Leadership & train the personnel working in the team.
∎ Searching new markets and developing relationships.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
∎ Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Identifying problems and making agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
∎ Achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Market visit and market opportunity assessment.
∎ Evaluating competitors' activities and product performance.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
