Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA in Marketing or Tourism & Hospitality Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and promote a team work effective environment with sound verbal & written communication skills.
∎ Work with sales team to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of the same for segment.
∎ Works with management team to create and implement a sales business plan focusing on revenue, customers and the markets.
∎ Set an example through professional friendly attitude towards clients and team members
∎ Assists with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external.
∎ Creating and focus on potential business opportunities.
∎ Updating and owning the sales strategy & sales plan with the General Manager,
∎ Review and approves any special corporate negotiated rates by signing contracts
∎ Provides positive and challenging leadership skills to ensure maximum revenue.
∎ Leads to-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships.
∎ Recommends monthly room nights & F& B targeted goals for sales team members.
∎ Participates in sales calls with team members to acquire new business.
∎ Develop and send informative press releases to targeted lists highlighting all business activities and promotions.
∎ Maintain and expand corporate incentive program via Tele marketing, digital marketing and personal visits etc.
∎ Oversee and ensure the updating of rates, promotions on hotel website, OTA.
∎ Responsible for the training and building up sales & marketing team
∎ Evaluates and drives the hotel's participation in the various sales channels, Market Sales, Event Booking Centers, electronic lead channels, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ High degree of Hotel business awareness and be able to understand links between sales and profit with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
∎ Good business concept and ability to motivate and lead team members.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ As per Hotel policy.
