• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the personal care portfolio aligned with corporate growth objectives.

• Identify emerging trends in the beauty and personal care market to drive category growth and innovation.

• Lead and manage all trade channels- General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E-commerce, and Institutional/Professional channels.

• Ensure optimum product availability, visibility, and merchandising across urban and rural markets.

• Strengthen distribution network and implement efficient route-to-market models for faster product reach.

• Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement across regions and categories.

• Collaborate with marketing for new product launches, consumer campaigns, and brand activation plans.

• Forecast demand accurately in coordination with the supply chain to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

• Lead, coach, and inspire regional and zonal sales managers to deliver results through a performance-driven culture.

• Generate actionable insights from market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
