Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the personal care portfolio aligned with corporate growth objectives.
Identify emerging trends in the beauty and personal care market to drive category growth and innovation.
Lead and manage all trade channels- General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E-commerce, and Institutional/Professional channels.
Ensure optimum product availability, visibility, and merchandising across urban and rural markets.
Strengthen distribution network and implement efficient route-to-market models for faster product reach.
Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement across regions and categories.
Collaborate with marketing for new product launches, consumer campaigns, and brand activation plans.
Forecast demand accurately in coordination with the supply chain to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Lead, coach, and inspire regional and zonal sales managers to deliver results through a performance-driven culture.
Generate actionable insights from market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
