Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure achieving annual sales target and growth.
∎ Oversee all aspects of property sales; from lead generation to deal closure.
∎ Monitor, manage and guide team members to achieve the sales target.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure business growth.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
∎ Source new business opportunities to accelerate sales and business growth.
