∎ Job Location: Dhaka but extensive tour is required

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategy;
∎ Supervise national wide sales team to achieve sales target.
∎ Strategic plans to achieve target;
∎ Lead a team of sales supervisors and branch managers;
∎ Increase own share at competitive market; and
∎ Explorer new potential business locations in the assigned area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age – not over 42 year;
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position. Electrical & Electronics Home Appliances Industry is preferred;
∎ Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to manage a large sales team.
∎ Smart and strategic solo leader
∎ Computer Literacy is must.
