Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have post-graduation/ graduation in Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop analytical models by using creative problem solving skills and mathematical and/or statistical modeling techniques; prepare both quantitative and qualitative reports and recommendation for Senior Management
∎ Prepare various studies (i.e. identify the profitability and competitiveness of existing and new services, identify the financial impact of industry changes), and conduct analysis of business initiatives
∎ Building, improving and maintaining databases, monitoring economic and financial indicators to advise the business units on various movements in the market and to align the bank's strategy thereof
∎ Compile, analyze, and report data to explain economic phenomena and forecast market trends, applying mathematical models and statistical techniques
∎ Preparing concept papers on major industry and any new sector where the bank intends to extend it portfolio in terms of market dynamics, evaluating demand and supply, cost and profitability, market outlook etc.
∎ Impact analysis on the bank for any regulatory, national and International policy changes
∎ Ensure successful delivery of product innovation projects, encompassing the development of completely new innovative products as well as introduction of new innovative features on existing products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in financial industry, considerable related experience will be given preference
∎ Must have financial modeling skills; skills in econometrics or statistics
∎ Have sound, technical research skills and a good understanding of different research methodologies
∎ Must have demonstrated problem solving ability and excellent communication skills
∎ A highly creative, knowledgeable and tech-savvy individual.
