Job Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute long-term strategies that align with BRAC EPL’s vision and the evolving dynamics of Bangladesh’s capital markets.
Business Development & Growth: Identify new market opportunities, expand product offerings, and strengthen client acquisition and retention strategies.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Maintain full compliance with BSEC, DSE, and CSE regulations while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.
Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and implement robust risk management frameworks.
Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with regulators, investors, institutional clients, and internal teams.
Innovation & Digital Transformation: Champion technology adoption, data-driven decision-making, and digital trading innovations.
Talent Development: Build a high-performing leadership team and nurture a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
