Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee all Research & Development activities, including formulation development and analytical development for new pharmaceutical products.
Drive product development from concept to commercial launch, including formulation design, process optimization, and technical documentation.
Develop and review analytical methods for APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and finished products using modern analytical instruments.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for dossier preparation, ANDA submissions, deficiency responses, and timely submission of supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards while developing, mentoring, and training the R&D team to achieve business goals.
