Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and lead the QA Department for large RMG factories producing Jackets, Pants, T-Shirt etc. for many top international brands.
∎ Attend meeting with buyers or senior management from head office to discuss quality issues
∎ Monitor quality assurance activities including audit, In-process inspection, in-line inspection, traffic light system, DHU, RFT, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable.
∎ Identify and develop continuous improvement initiatives and ensure implementation, follow up and closure of Corrective and Preventative Actions.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and arranging training programs accordingly.
∎ Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments and senior management.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control during assembly in the factory.
∎ To conduct pre-production meetings and increase quality awareness.
∎ Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
