• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in QA and Technical Management within lingerie or intimate apparel manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, quality systems, testing standards, and buyer compliance processes.

• Proven analytical skills with ability to identify trends and lead improvement initiatives.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

• Develop, review, and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and checklists aligned with QMS standards.

• Evaluate pre-production samples, layouts, and garment construction to ensure buyer specification compliance.

• Supervise inline and final quality inspections throughout cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing processes.

• Oversee fabric and garment testing (color fastness, durability, wash performance) using SPC tools.

• Identify quality gaps and monitor DRR, OQL, and COPQ metrics to initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, PD, and Design & Development teams to ensure compliance.

• Lead, coach, and develop QA team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills.

• Maintain quality documentation and prepare detailed analysis and summary reports for management review.
