Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in QA and Technical Management within lingerie or intimate apparel manufacturing.
Strong understanding of garment construction, quality systems, testing standards, and buyer compliance processes.
Proven analytical skills with ability to identify trends and lead improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop, review, and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and checklists aligned with QMS standards.
- Evaluate pre-production samples, layouts, and garment construction to ensure buyer specification compliance.
- Supervise inline and final quality inspections throughout cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing processes.
- Oversee fabric and garment testing (color fastness, durability, wash performance) using SPC tools.
- Identify quality gaps and monitor DRR, OQL, and COPQ metrics to initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, PD, and Design & Development teams to ensure compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop QA team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills.
- Maintain quality documentation and prepare detailed analysis and summary reports for management review.
