Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve end product quality by monitoring, maintaining buyers' requirements and SOP for all steps in process, also provide and communicate for technical support.
∎ Keep quality assurance department operational successfully, provide all kinds of instructions, develop policy & system effectively implement in production floor for achieving best quality product as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers' quality standard.
∎ Take full responsibility for quality assurance through the entire manufacturing process.
∎ Co-ordinate with other relevant department to develop the product and ensure proper quality of products.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expected from finished product.
∎ Review output against the sample / instruction / requirement.
∎ Follow up output products measurement report.
∎ Take necessary action / inform the authority if any discrepancies found.
∎ Finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
∎ Participate in claim meetings and take necessary action to deliver quality products.
∎ Discuss inline inspection findings with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Individually handle all type of buyer to run the smooth shipment.
∎ Individually handle all types of the Technical Audit also.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Garments Experiences, more than 5 years.
∎ Proven experience in a senior quality position, with strong people leadership experience.
∎ Strong communication skills in English.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ Must be good in- Microsoft office application.
