Experience:

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies

• Bachelor degree in any discipline/subject from any reputed university (Engineering degree is preferable)      

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is preferable.       

• Skills Required: Project Development, Dredging Operation, Logistic, Finance/ Budgeting, Tendering.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies

• Only Male

• Project Development experience mandatory.

• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Project Development in various projects.

• Leadership Quality and experience of work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.

• Strong skills of identifying opportunities and turn the same into reality.

• Ability and willingness to work under pressure.

• Highly motivated with good time management skills.

• Energetic, hardworking and flexible.

• Good over computer skills: MS office, E-mail, Internet browsing, Report writing, Power point presentation etc.

• Develop and implement strategies for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new project/ dredging opportunities nationally/regionally.

• Lead the initial phase of projects, including feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments.

• Conduct market analysis to identify future project opportunities, trends, and competitors.

• Define project scope, objectives, resource requirements, and preliminary budgets.

• Collaborate with the project development team, stakeholders on tendering, bid preparation, and proposal submission to secure new contracts.

• Develop detailed dredging methodologies and select appropriate equipment (e.g., Cutter Suction Dredgers, Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers) for proposed projects.

• Dealing with Local various issues/challenges.

• Monitoring the fuel consumption, equipment maintenance and production output.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project development professionals, engineers, crews and support staff.

• Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) are planned for in all project proposals.

• Facilitate a smooth handover of secured projects to the project execution/operations team.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
