• Skills Required: Dredging Operation, Logistic, Project presentation, Finance/ Budgeting, Tendering.
• Dredging Operation experience mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience as a Head of Operation in any dredging company
• Leadership Quality and experience of work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.
• Strong skills of identifying opportunities and turn the same into reality.
• Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
• Highly motivated with good time management skills.
• Energetic, hardworking and flexible.
• Good over computer skills: MS office, E-mail, Internet browsing, Report writing, Power point presentation etc. 

• Oversees the Dredging Operation, maintenance, and repair of dredging equipment, including cutter suction dredgers and other related machinery. 

• Handling Dyke management issues.

• Dealing with Local issues/challenges.

• Conducting pre-operational checks and ensures optimal equipment performance. 

• Monitoring and assesses dredging progress, adjusting operations as needed.

• Handling all fuel related issues of the site by strong monitoring. 

• Directly manages and leads the dredging team, including operators, deckhands, and other crew members. 

• Establishing and enforces safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Motivating and trains the team to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards.

• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure dredging activities align with project goals, specifications, and timelines. 

• Maintaining accurate records of dredging activities, including production reports and equipment maintenance logs. 

• Manages the dredging work force, budget and resource allocation. 

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and safety standards. 

• Handles permits and approvals for dredging operations

• Maintains clear communication with all stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and regulatory agencies. 

• Need to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively. 

• Prepares and submits regular reports on dredging progress, performance, and issues. 

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
