Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics
• Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance
• Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline.

• Partly/Fully qualified actuarial professional from recognized actuarial bodies will be highly preferred.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

• Minimum 10 years of experience in life insurance industry. (less experience could be considered for managerial positions)

• At least 5 years in actuarial/product leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, actuarial valuation, pricing, and regulatory framework.

• Experience in embedded value, solvency, IFRS-17, and risk management will be considered an advantage.

• Analytical & Decision-Making Skills

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Product & Actuarial Department of the company.

• Design, develop, and review innovative life insurance products in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Conduct actuarial valuation, pricing, profitability analysis, and product feasibility studies.

• Prepare actuarial reports, reserve calculations, and risk assessments.

• Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify business opportunities.

• Coordinate with reinsurance partners, underwriting, finance, and sales teams.

• Support management with actuarial insights for strategic decision-making.

• Manage product filing and regulatory approval processes with IDRA.
