Education:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP and IEB accreditation highly desirable.
15–20 years of proven experience in managing large-scale factory and residential projects, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role heading project or PMO functions

Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of project program and portfolio management frameworks.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire.
Expertise in budgeting procurement and resource planning.
Excellent stakeholder management negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera.)
Strong problem-solving decision-making and analytical abilities.
Ability to ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the PMO and ensure all projects are strategically aligned with the company’s objectives.
Plan execute, and deliver factory residential and other key projects on time within budget and to quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers Engineers, consultants contractors and regulatory authorities for smooth execution.
Manage budgets procurement processes and effective allocation of resources.
Monitor and control project progress addressing risks delays and deviations proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety quality environmental and legal standards.
Mentor guide and supervise project teams to ensure performance accountability and continuous development.
Establish and enforce project governance methodologies and reporting standards across the PMO.
Prepare and present regular project reports dashboards and updates to senior management.
Drive innovation and implement best practices within the PMO to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
