Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business management
∎ In addition, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification is preferred.
∎ IE knowledge is an added advantage .
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IE, Planning, Supply Chain Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating customers purchase orders to create suitable production schedules to obtain customer KPIs.
∎ End-to-end planning, involves estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.
∎ Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to avoid delays in production.
∎ Coordinating production operations in accordance with spinning, knitting, dying, garments, labor, and equipment availability.
∎ Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs and process losses as well as improve production and product quality.
∎ Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
∎ Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
∎ Knowledge in production lines and modular unit planning.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience working as a production planner in a vertically integrated circular knit manufacturing group in a similar capacity.
∎ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
