Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Over 12 years of progressively responsible experience in food and beverage business.
∎ Knowledge of the F&B sector and its dynamics is preferred.
∎ Legal and regulatory aspects of food and beverage business. Demonstrated ability to understand the entire business, operations, supply chain, marketing, customer services and achieve business results.
∎ Experience of financial management and cost-benefits to run the business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall management of the company and take full responsibility for the successful launching, sustainable development and profitability of the company's restaurant businesses.
∎ Provide clear and concise performance reports and feedback to the Managing Director.
∎ Act as contact point and regularly liaison with Franchisor in all aspects of the business. Prepare and provide all reports and information to franchisor as required.
∎ Develop the organisational structure of the company and assist in recruitment of key personnel.
∎ Establish and maintain strict corporate culture and financial integrity within the company.
∎ Develop and execute detail business plan for the company's restaurant brand (s) from scratch covering business model development, financial projections, positioning and pricing strategy, menu selection, supply chain plan, HR plan, marketing plan, location strategy and rollout plan.
∎ Successfully complete franchise training provided by franchisor and lead the training of other staff.
∎ Work closely with franchisor to develop and execute market launching plans.
∎ Lead all market launching activities including location sourcing, vendor selection and development, menu costing and pricing, outlet construction project supervision, equipment procurement, outlet manager and team member recruitment, training, fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements, grand launch marketing planning and execution.
∎ Supervise restaurant managers and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurants and central kitchen/warehouse.
∎ Prepare and execute the annual business plan for the company. Prepare financial projections and analyse and track the actual performance against target. Take proactive and prompt actions to cover any shortfall.
∎ Plan and execute various innovative initiatives to increase revenue and profitability of each restaurant and overall company.
∎ Prepare annual budget for the company; closely monitor and control food cost, operating and other expenditures; analyse variances; initiate corrective actions to keep the food cost and expenditures within budget.
∎ Regularly visit restaurants and central kitchen/warehouse for auditing and training purposes. Ensure that managers and team members are well trained, capable to run the operations compliantly and provide the service experience in line with franchisor's and company's policies.
∎ Lead supply chain management team and coordinate cost effective foreign and local procurement of quality equipment and ingredients from franchisor approved vendors, well organized warehousing and accurate inventory management, efficient production forecasting and central kitchen management.
∎ Lead marketing team and coordinate with marketing agency in developing and executing marketing plans, ensure effective national and local marketing and PR campaigns. Develop and execute various business development plans to increase footfall, bill size and overall revenue.
∎ Develop and execute HR plans for the whole organisation. Perform various HRM activities including recruitment, coaching, and training, performance management and appraisal, grievance and disciplinary, replacement planning, enforcing SOPs, health and safety and labour law policies to maintain safe work environment.
∎ Oversee all accounting, billing, and payment activities. Ensure government instructed VAT and Tax processes are followed.
∎ Lead new outlet opening projects for future development. Liaison with different external stakeholders and government authorities. Proactively resolve any regulatory and compliance issues. Any other relevant duties delegated by Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Fluent English, and Bangla.
∎ Analytical skills, Ability to work independently and self-motivated
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Excellent team player, Knowledge of using PowerPoint/ MS Teams/ SharePoint
∎ Exceptional problem-solving skills,
∎ Be highly organized, excellent leadership skills, Proactive, drives processes and tasks to achieve results.
