Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring all departments are functioning smoothly, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards of service.
∎ Monitor and manage resort inventory, supplies, and equipment.
∎ Ensure an exceptional guest experience by overseeing all customer-facing activities and addressing guest feedback, complaints, or special requests.
∎ Manage budgets and financial targets for the resort, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
∎ Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
∎ Work with the marketing and events teams to promote resort activities, drive attendance, and ensure seamless event execution.
∎ Oversee and manage property management systems (PMS) and other operational software.
∎ Ensure all systems are running smoothly and are updated with relevant guest and booking information.
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance, financial metrics, guest satisfaction, and other key indicators.
∎ Communicate effectively with department heads to align on goals, share updates, and coordinate initiatives.
∎ Attend and contribute to executive meetings, offering insights and recommendations for enhancing resort operations.
