Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets, Providing strategies to target sales.
∎ Communication with clients over the phone, Facebook, what’s app,Drive marketing initiatives to boost company visibility and engagement with clients.
∎ Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to attract potential B2B agents
∎ Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless agent onboarding and customer satisfaction.
∎ Report on sales performance, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
