∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ • Proven experience in credit management, debt collection, or related roles, preferable within the Foam and Mattress industry.
∎ • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing principles, with the ability to balance customer service and financial objectives.
∎ • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationship and resolve conflicts effectively.
∎ • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and assess credit risk.
∎ • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Credit Management:
∎ • Assist to develop policies, strategies, processes etc regarding recovery and implement as per company policies.
∎ • Responsible for managing and optimizing the credit recovery process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of credit transactions with ageing and communication.
∎ • Identify risks and opportunities for recovery.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ • Resolve recovery issues through proper communication and negotiation with customers.
∎ • Foster positive relationships with customers and sales representative.
∎ Risk Assessment and Reporting:
∎ • Work with management to identify the risks, mitigate credit risks and improve collections.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ • Streamline credit recovery processes for efficiency.
∎ • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify payment delay causes.
∎ • Implement corrective actions for process enhancement.
