Experience:
Evaluate overall operations and develop short- and long-term goals aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee all distribution services to ensure company and customer requirements are consistently met.
Define job assignments, lines of authority, and make appropriate staffing decisions.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating, changing, adding, or discontinuing services as necessary.
Analyze operational data and apply insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
Participate in the strategic planning process and contribute to setting directions to achieve company objectives.
Actively engage in senior management meetings to share ideas, evaluate options, and formulate policies.
Communicate decisions and resolve issues through formal meetings and informal interactions.
Represent the company in both public and private forums.
Keep abreast of local and global trends in logistics and supply chain across selected industry verticals and apply relevant concepts, models, and technologies to enhance client service.
Ensure achievement of monthly operational performance goals through effective performance reviews across clusters.
Promote knowledge development in the 3PL business by conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
Implement job rotation within clusters to enhance cross-functional expertise in selected industry verticals.
Optimize human resource utilization based on customer requirements.
Apply effective communication, leadership, and motivational techniques to develop employee potential and recognize talent.
Foster a culture that supports both people and business growth through professional development, performance management, and recognition programs.
Ensure adherence to all ISO/OHSAS process requirements across customer accounts and clusters.
Achieve operational financial targets with a focus on waste reduction and effective cash flow management.
Establish and maintain strong professional networks with key industry stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships for long-term business value.
Enhance brand visibility and market positioning through participation in industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
