Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Marketing and Engineering degree will be an asset especially from IBA and BUET
∎ Graduate/ Masters in Civil Engineer from any reputed Government University/ College.
∎ Preferably MBA/ BBA from a reputed University.
∎ Bachelor of architecture from reputed universities of home and abroad
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc Engr. in Structural Engineering from a reputed university (Preferable from BUET)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of Construction Site.
∎ Follow Up construction work as per design and work schedule.
∎ Overall management of Construction Site.
∎ To lead and oversee the sales and customer management activities.
∎ To develop strategic plan for Sales and Customer Care to achieve maximum revenue and highest level of customer satisfaction
∎ To develop new business and build up relation with existing customers for repeat business to meet the monthly and yearly target of the company.
∎ To coordinate with all departments' operation to ensure that the services of the departments are delivered to customers with the aim of exceeding expectation
∎ Market research, forecast, analyze and report Sales and Profit results.
∎ Participate in developing/reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various marketing segments, based on market feedback and conditions.
∎ Efficiently recruit, train, develop, certify and evaluate associate's performance.
∎ Analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required and take necessary action.
∎ Effectively measure and report on a timely basis, sales results with updated strategies and competitors information to the Chief Executive Officer.
∎ Maintain regular contact with key prospects in the appropriate market segments including site inspections and sales calls.
∎ Conduct regular sales meeting to keep associates and management informed and to foster two way communications, involve associates in aspects of decision making to encourage creativity and initiative.
∎ Produce reports for trend analysis in area of management concern
∎ Assist Chief Executive Officer as required, regarding the development of sales
∎ Analysis of the competitors in the competitive set
∎ Market mix to optimize revenue and profitability
∎ Demand and supply analysis of the industry
∎ Determine rate philosophy and structure
∎ Hire and develop talents to build a world class sales and customer care team.
∎ Sales generation for real estate properties.
∎ Generating sales from various traditional & non-traditional sales & marketing activities.
∎ Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
∎ Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the business.
∎ Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
∎ Staying up-to-date with product & market knowledge.
∎ Identifying and developing appropriate solutions regarding the quality of designs, plans and working drawings, specifications of work, cost estimates and time schedules
∎ Monitoring and inspecting the construction of proposals to ensure compliance with plans, specifications of work, cost estimates and time schedules
∎ Project management with architects, engineers and designers
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended standard skill, capability & customer focus.
∎ Able to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities
∎ Setup guideline for sales team to develop effective sales strategy.
∎ Knowledge on costing, estimate & pricing of real estate product will get preference.
∎ Coordination with telemarketing team for leads.
∎ Making presentations to corporate clients and maintain client data base on a regular basis.
∎ Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote real estate sales.
∎ Conduct various sales promotional activities from time to time, as directed by Sales & Marketing Head of the department.
∎ Respond to sales inquiries of new & existing customers
∎ Meet monthly/annual sales targets
∎ Prepare monthly MIS/sales reports.
