∎ 15 to 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and strategize the sales process, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
∎ Achieve monthly and annual sales target, set up nationwide distribution channel, establish strategic business relations, and prepare strategic sales plans and ensure their implementation.
∎ Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
∎ Ensure smooth and effective functioning of the Sales Department to drive top-line growth.
∎ Responsible for handling all the distributors & strategic partners, including order planning, and relationship management.
∎ Plan and develop overall direction for the corporate promotional strategies and lead to execute campaign for consumer-facing brand.
∎ Mange overall media mix plan; such as: media selection, optimization of relevant resources, appropriate mix of ATL & BTL marketing, analyze the result, etc.; to accomplish the marketing goals
∎ Plan and develop product segmentation strategies to acquire trade opportunities across different sales channels.
∎ Control the products pricing and selling costs to achieve predetermined net profit yields in all market segments.
∎ Enforce a performance driven culture in the entire sales force by maintaining effective performance management system, in alignment with group HR policy.
∎ Identify scope of re-designing and re-structuring the existing process/system to improve overall process efficiency

Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 -18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for reputed local or multinational company. Experience in a similar industry is a must.
∎ Must have strong marketing knowledge and successful sales history.
∎ Have sound knowledge on business understanding including pricing strategies, distributor margins, sales channels, promotional strategies and financial or related field.
∎ Have strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and creative thinking skills.
∎ Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
