Job Purpose
The Head of Marketing & Sales will lead the strategic growth of student recruitment, brand positioning, and revenue generation initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies that strengthen the institution’s market presence, expand partnerships, and drive sustainable enrolment growth across all programmes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with institutional goals
Lead annual student recruitment planning, forecasting, and target setting
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels (local and international)
Provide strategic direction on brand positioning and competitive differentiation
Marketing Management
Oversee all online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, PR, and advertising
Lead brand development initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation
Manage content strategy across website, promotional materials, and communications
Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI
Sales & Student Recruitment
Lead student recruitment initiatives to achieve enrolment targets
Develop conversion strategies across the admissions funnel
Build relationships with agents, partners, and institutional networks
Oversee outreach activities including fairs, school visits, webinars, and open days
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and admissions teams
Set performance KPIs and ensure accountability across functions
Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture
Coordinate cross-departmentally with Academic, Admissions, and Operations teams
Data, Reporting & Budgeting
Manage marketing and sales budgets effectively
Analyse recruitment data, market trends, and competitor activity
Prepare performance reports for senior leadership
Use CRM and analytics tools to drive evidence-based decisions
