Job Context:
∎ Platform: Retail Ecommerce.
∎ Functional Area: Operation.
∎ Functional Scope: Online and Offline Platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for overall Sales and Marketing operations of both offline and online (mainly) business platforms of a Retail E-Commerce Platform.
∎ S/he will be responsible for directing, monitoring and ensuring the performance of Sales and Marketing Department along with developing and overseeing execution of offline and online marketing programmes to drive sales and profits.
∎ S/he will be responsible for effective traffic and sales through CRM and cross-channeling strategies.
∎ S/he will be responsible for taking steps in connection with foreseeing demand and supply, ensuring smooth customer experience, increasing customer engagement, improving customer conversion rates, driving revenue & profitability, etc.
∎ S/he will be responsible for customer retention strategy to ensure growth targets in terms of business revenue and profit.
∎ S/he will be responsible for managing digital marketing strategy through website/online initiatives such as user-friendly online experience for customers, customer analytics, product descriptions, photos, cross & upselling, product review analytics, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social marketing, mobile marketing, online analytics, etc.
∎ S/he will help management to develop/design measurement strategies to track or drive the performance.
∎ S/he will be responsible for developing strategy to determine target consumers, and their insights, needs, wants and behaviours.
∎ S/he will be responsible for developing monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budgets, forecasts for business expenses, revenue, and margin including recapping and analyzing business results versus plans to experience optimized level of financial performance.
∎ S/he will be responsible for identifying new potential market places to leverage business growth.
∎ S/he will be responsible for strategies related to event of contents and promotional campaigns to ensure maximum product exposure across website and all the marketing channels in alignment with marketing direction and inventory.
∎ S/he will be responsible for managing relationship with internal and external stakeholders to develop and update strategy on a regular basis.
∎ Any other assignments as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years' experience of working with ecommerce business;
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience at senior level with the responsibility of Sales and Marketing;
∎ Good knowledge of digital retail market, and B2B, B2C, D2D and D2C experience;
∎ Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics;
∎ Good knowledge of Product Experience Management (PXM);
∎ Good Leadership and Team Building capacity;
∎ Good in Communication;
∎ Good in Problem Solving, Decision Making, and strategy formulation;
∎ Good Interpersonal skill;
∎ Detail-oriented, result-driven, and good in analytical interpretation.
